Once again Ronnie 'is-Superjur' has decided to take us away from our little rock to explore new ways of injuring ourselves and/or damage our equipment in the true Mecca of mountainbiking - Morzine in the French Alps.

This is our 5th offical trip and the second time the Merhla is going to Morzine, only it's going to be a much larger group this year, with 20 people already confirmed. That's going to be quite a load on Morzine's infrastructure, particularly the sewage system.

Last year a group of 8 Merhla members went to Morzine and they had the time of their life. They described the trip with 'awesome', 'amazing', bomba', 'tal-genn' and other hip teen words that middle-aged men hitting mid-life crises and living in denial about their true age tend to use quite a lot.

Anyway, they said they spent a week in orgasm, so we're all looking forward to this year's trip. Some of us have even bought 7" ful sussies for the occassion. In fact, I'm curious to hear what  new excuses some of us will come up with this time when chickening out of those gnarly downhill bits.

It's all hapenning in August during St. Maria week.
