As you can see from these pictures that Sergio sent us Ronald has been seen testing his new Prototype Downhill Bike by Giant.This is probably the bike Ron will be using in Portes de Soleil France later this August.Currently Ronald is abroad fooling us that he's on holiday but from a secure source from Airmalta he's in Taiwan at the Giant Factory for some modifications on the bike before going for sale next year.
As you can see from the grin on his face Ron seems to be very happy with the bike which will probably be his signature bike for 2011 Giant Superjoris DH.The bike seems to have some special new drivetrain which Giant kept hidden under a chainguard,brakes seem to also be a new project with ABZ-ferrodus .From the same source we have at Airmalta Sergio was very upset by seeing Ron on his new bike and flew immediately to Trek USA to discuss a major upgrade to his Duracell sponsored Trek Remedy to take the challenge with Ron's new bike in France.We will keep you informed about he matter and hope to have some photos of Sergio's bike.
